In our very first session, you will come away with new insights, guidance, and integrative strategies to improve your well-being. Because all my sessions include the energy healing modality of Reiki, you will also gain deep restoration in the mind & body.
All New Clients begin by completing a thorough intake followed by a 60-minute session to allow more discussion time and Reiki healing.

The Integrative Healing Session is 45-minutes or 60-minutes including a brief discussion followed by the restorative healing of Reiki. These sessions are best suited for follow-up, body and mind maintenance.
The cinnamon reading takes place by throwing the powdered cinnamon over a white plate, the contrast between the brown powdered cinnamon and the white plate generates images that I interpret to find out what is going on in your life. After the original consultation, you can choose up to two areas of your life that you would like to explore or obtain more information about.
To accomplish this, the plate needs to be shaken to change the powdered cinnamon’s position and generate new images. I would interpret these new images based on the area(s) you selected.
Whatever is shown in the “powdered cinnamon images” gives me a chance to channel some information on what is going on in your life to identify any blockages you might have. It will also clear your energy level and free you up from stuck emotions that can sabotage your events, projects and even relationships.
Once those stuck emotions are identified, they can be easily removed by using different modalities (selected based on each person’s needs) such as, Reiki, breathing techniques, tapping, shaking, etc.
Breathing, and tapping to help people with specific traumas, phobias, or deep emotional challenges. Among other techniques in a virtual fashion, we use the following ones:
Reiki: Reiki therapy is a gentle touch therapy that involves the placing of the therapist’s or patient’s hands-on various locations on the patient’s body to promote relaxation and a sense of calm. Reiki breaks Down Energy Blocks and Balances the Mind, Body, and Spirit. Regular Reiki treatment promotes the consistent and unlocked flow of energy throughout the body. This could allow people to feel less stress, enhances learning and memory, promotes mental clarity, and physical healing/ less physical pain.
Tapping: Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It’s also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure. People who use this technique believe the body can create a balance in your energy system and treat pain. According to its developer, Gary Craig, a disruption in energy is the cause of all negative emotions and pain.
Stress Management (Tense and release muscles): In progressive muscle relaxation, you tense a group of muscles as you breathe in, and you relax them as you breathe out. You work on your muscle groups in a certain order.
When your body is physically relaxed, you cannot feel anxious. Practicing progressive muscle relaxation for a few weeks will help you get better at this skill, and in time you will be able to use this method to relieve stress.
Shaking therapy: Is one such management technique. It’s also known as therapeutic or neurogenic tremoring, a phrase coined by David Berceli, PhD. The approach involves shaking the body to release tension and trauma, helping to regulate the nervous system.
